MJ and his team were fantastic! They came the same day we contacted them when we desperately needed our couch moved into our new apartment. They were friendly and extremely considerate and made sure we were comfortable during the entire process. We live on the second floor and have narrow hallways and they were able to hoist our couch through the window into our living room. We wish we called them sooner before we tried ourselves up the stairs! They even moved our Peloton for us. We will definitely be using them for all of our future moves in the Boston area.

I just finished an excellent experience with Amanat! There was solid communication through the booking process and the day before/day of which I appreciated. I gathered quotes from many companies and felt that Amanat was very reasonably priced (other companies, not so much). They were able to maneuver the truck into some tricky spots, they were able to come early, so professional and polite (asking questions and doing several checks to make sure everything was right). I was stressed heading into this move but everything was smooth and I feel a lot better!

Amanat was an excellent choice for my complicated Boston move (with a gap between move out and move in days; from an old building with so many stairs and long winding hallways to an old house with even more stairs; and all around the dreaded Sept 1 move day when everyone and their mother needs to move in and around Boston. I was so thankful they weren't booked, as I only had 6 weeks to work with. (For reference, there were no UHaul trucks in the entire eastern half of MA left by that time.)
MJ was the most speedy and responsive of the 10 or so companies I contacted, and he helped me with questions I had with such patience (even though my moving anxiety was in high gear!). Ali was the lead mover on both move out and move in days, and he was professional, friendly, and efficient. With Aman and John as his associates, Ali made sure all my stuff was handled with care (even though much of it was Ikea - no judgment!). He and John virtually jogged the entire move in day to make up for the length of time the move out took (through zero fault of Amanat's) so that in the end the whole move came impressively close to the original estimate. All that, and they were less $ than their competitors. Oh, and did I mention I was on crutches the whole move, so could help out not even a teeny tiny little bit? Who knew, but this team made the whole thing easy.

I have to praise the heck out of the two gentlemen who came to pack and move my son. They worked extremely hard, and were able to adapt on the fly when they realized that they didn't have enough boxes. They were also, it appeared to be down a person, which added to their workload. That said, while the move may have taken longer they had anticipated, it did not stop them at all and they were finished in a reasonable amount of time with nothing broken. In the end, the price was very close to the quoted estimate, and any additional money that it cost us, was well spent. I would definitely use them again.

After searching for a mover who could handle my needs, I decided to go with Amanat. Immediately, they initiated a series of communications to confirm pricing and scheduling. I liked that they quoted a flat price based on the information I provided them, rather than an open ended hourly rate or approximate quote. After a brief introduction, they went straight to work carefully packing my furniture with care. They had all the appropriate packing materials and tools. My past experiences hiring “professional moving companies” have been—to put it mildly—stressful and frustrating. Why do people stereotype movers? I haven’t a clue… But once you hire these gentlemen, you will no longer stereotype movers. This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company never mind a moving company. An hour before they showed up, I received a text… When they pulled up in front of the house, I received another text… They came on site and scoped the job ahead of them… Set expectations, explained how they were going to do everything… Proceeded to wrap everything and carefully carry it down to the truck (three floors). The move ran a little bit longer than we expected because I had them do some extra work and it was extremely reasonable… These guys were hustling. They were not milking the job, they did things quickly, efficiently, and totally professionally. I can’t think of the last time I got this level of service from any company I’ve dealt with in years. On our next move (family members) we will be reaching out to this company and planning our move around their schedule. I was asked at the end of the job if there was anything that “they “could’ve done better… What a way to end the transaction! I wish I could put my email address in here to be a valid/live reference for this company and the moving crew… I have posted some really good reviews on here but this review and this company is as solid as any company I’ve ever dealt with. Please reconsider any thought of doing business with other companies… How can you go wrong with a company that has a perfect five stars on every single review? I have nothing to gain by providing this kind of a review for a company that I’ll probably only deal with one more time in my life… But I’d strongly encourage you to not reach out to five or six movers to get prices and quotes. When you do that, other companies are paying for the referral, and you’re just going to end up hiring this company 🙂
